Ditch the Hassle: Why Artificial Wreaths and Garlands with Poinsettias are the Way to Go!

You are going to want to cut out 12 large leaves, 12 medium leaves, and then the 6 small leaves and the felt. This is all for just one poinsettia. From there, glue the medium leaves on top of the larger leaves, and repeat the process until you get to the felt circle. Set this aside, and then continue making your other flowers.

Once you have these all made, now is time to dress these up to hang onto your artificial Christmas wreaths and garlands. Take whatever you are using, whether this is small jewels, glitter, or beads and start to hot glue these onto the petals. Many people decide to only put these shiny aspects towards the middle of the flower, other people tip the edge of the leaves…it is completely up to you and what you want the end result to look like.

Now, once the flowers have tried, it is time to attach these to your artificial Christmas wreaths and garlands. You can easily glue a pipe cleaner onto the back of these flowers and then have this twist tie onto your garland or wreath. It is a simple way to keep the flowers there and allows you to reuse these again in another capacity later. Once you are done, take a step back and ensure that the flowers are evenly placed on your artificial Christmas wreaths and garlands for the best look!
